Create a Theme Park — Project-Based Learning Unit
Every kid has been dragged around a theme park that got something wrong: the line that never moved, the ride they were too short for, the food court miles from anywhere. This time they're in charge.
Create Your Own Theme Park is a complete, ready-to-teach project where students design a park from empty land up: the theme, the rides, where everything goes, what it costs to get in, and why a visitor would choose their park over the one down the road. Then they pitch it and defend the decisions they made.
The skills are hidden inside the fun. Students plan and map, measure and scale, work with budgets and ticket prices, write persuasively about their park, justify their choices, and give and use feedback to make the design better.
No prep. No logins. Just open the slides, print the pages, and teach.

How it works
Students move through five stages: Brief, Investigate, Create, Improve, Share. It's the same structure used in every Sherbert Learning project, so your class learns the process once and carries it into the next unit.
Every page and stage is optional. Run a short version over four to six lessons, or stretch it across a term as a Friday afternoon unit. Whole class, small groups, pairs, or solo, it works however you teach.
